What the form collects

Your name, contact email, business or website, project brief, budget range and optional timing. A receipt reference, submission time and retry identifier are also saved.

Why we collect it

To review your project and respond about fit, scope and next steps. Sending a brief does not subscribe you to marketing, book work or authorize payment.

Where it goes

The enquiry is stored in a private journal on the studio’s Render-hosted service. It is reviewed by the studio operator; the journal has no public download or administration page. Hosting providers may process connection and service logs as part of operating the website.

Tracking and sensitive information

This site adds no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details or confidential client files through the form.

Questions or removal requests

Email ALETHEONHQ@gmail.com and include your enquiry reference if available. We review correction and removal requests through that address. There is no automated account or deletion portal.
